The Papou is a showcase of many of the white varieties we grow on the property. The percentages change year over year, but the overall theme of the wine stays the same. We aim to create a wine with bright acidity while capturing the ripe fruit characteristics, generally showcasing lemon, green apple, and tropical fruits.

91 Points: Pleasantly ripe aromas of orange sorbet and candied cantaloupe draw the nose into this blend of 39% Grenache Blanc, 33% Roussanne and 28% Marsanne. There's just enough acidity and texture to balance the banana, coconut and tropical flower flavors of the palate. — Matt Kettmann, Wine Enthusiast
