Grenache is our most widely planted variety on the property, so it’s only natural we use it for our rosé. The light color comes from the grapes going directly into the press after picking, not leaving time for prolonged contact with the skins. The result is a beautiful peach pink color, full of flavors of strawberry, white flowers and grapefruit.
