Agno, meaning ‘pure’, is our chance to showcase Mourvedre off the estate. Usually used as a smaller part of a larger ensemble, this is our opportunity to make Mourvedre the solo artist. Our goal is a full bodied and fruit forward wine, with enough tannins to bolster up the backbone of the palate without requiring a steak pairing for balance.
