The fruit for this wine comes primarily from the largest block on the property, which is situated on a somewhat steep northwest facing slope. We pick the block over the course of a few days depending on chemistry, and the fruit all goes directly into the press after picking. It's light in color while still carrying enough body and acidity to be exciting on the palate.
