Our Wabi Sabi is made to be more earthy and acidic, with a bit of austerity thrown in the mix as well. Wabi Sabi means ‘wisdom in imperfection’. The vineyard sits on a steppe overlooking the valley of Sta. Rita Hills, seeing fog in the morning that blows off by noon. The site is an ideal setting for Pinot Noir.
